Agreement

By using the Flux website or product, you agree to these terms. If you're using Flux on behalf of a dealership, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Flux is dealer management software provided on a subscription basis. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, and we're continually improving it — features may evolve over time.

Trials & billing

• New dealerships start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your current period.

Acceptable use

Use Flux lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service or other dealerships' data. Your data stays yours.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into Flux. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it so we can provide the service to you.

Disclaimers & liability

Flux is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll post the current version here with an updated date.
