Why we built Flux
A real US dealership buys cars at auction and from individuals, fixes them up, and sells them. Every one of those cars carries a tangle of numbers — what it cost, what was spent on it, who owes whom, where the title is. For years that lived in a stack of spreadsheets, sticky notes and group chats. It worked, barely, and it broke constantly.
Flux replaced all of it with one calm operations cockpit: every vehicle from purchase to sale to closeout, the true profit on each car, and a clear answer to what needs me today. What started as one dealership's internal tool became the product we're now bringing to every dealer who'd rather sell cars than chase spreadsheets.
What we believe
- The numbers should be true. Profit isn't a guess at the end of the month — it's built from the real cost basis of every car, live.
- Software should feel like the lot. Fast, warm and obvious — not an enterprise maze you need a manual for.
- Automation serves the dealer. The AI agents do the busywork, but you always approve the moves. Nothing happens behind your back.
